Joint Legislative Sunset Review Committee (JLSRC):
JLSRC Staff Recommendations
The JLSRC Staff Recommendations for CCIDC passed the JLSRC unanimously (with no [zero] comments by any member of the Committee). The vote
was 5 - 0 (voting "aye" were: Figueroa, Aanestad, Vincent, Correa & Runner; Nation was absent) to accept the recommendations as is. Please note that Runner and Nation were just appointed to
the JLSRC.

Background Information:
The Joint Legislative Sunset Review Committee (JLSRC) hearing for CCIDC was held on Wednesday, November 20, 2002. The hearing took
place in the State Capitol building in Sacramento and is open to the public.
CCIDC presented a report on its compliance with Senate Bill 136, passed into law last year, and answered questions from the committee. The Joint Legislative Sunset Review Committee members are as follows:
